📄 Terms & Conditions of Da Nang Yachts – Luxury Yacht Tours & Private Charter

By booking at Da Nang Yachts or using our Services in Da Nang, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

📌 Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our official channels.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of a deposit or full payment.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact information.

💳 Payment Policy

  • An amount of upfront Deposit (typically 20% – 50%) is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be completed prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major payment methods including bank transfer and international cards.
  • Any transaction fees (Bank Transfer, Paypal Paymentlink, Payment Gateway, Currency Conversion charges) are the responsibility of the client.

❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund (excluding transaction fees)
  • 60–30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 days hours / No-show: No refund

In case of adverse weather or unsafe Sea & River conditions, we shall:

  • Reschedule your booking, or
  • Offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation

⏰ Schedule & Delays

  • Guests are required to arrive on time at the designated departure location.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened trip time or cancellation without refund.
  • The captain reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

⚓ Safety Regulations

  • All guests must follow instructions from the captain and crew at all times.
  • Life jackets and safety equipment are provided onboard.
  • Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • Any behavior that may compromise safety may result in termination of the trip without refund.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

For safety and legal reasons, the following are not permitted onboard:

  • Illegal substances or activities
  • Carrying hazardous materials
  • Dangerous or disruptive behavior
  • Any activity that violates local laws and maritime regulations

🍾 Food, Beverage & Personal Requests

  • Guests may bring their own food and beverages unless otherwise specified.
  • Additional services (catering, decoration, events) must be requested in advance.
  • Special arrangements may incur additional charges.

🎉 Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht, equipment, or furnishings.
  • Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

🌦️ Weather Conditions

All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions.

For your safety, Da Nang Yachts reserves the right to:

  • Delay or reschedule departure
  • Modify the itinerary
  • Cancel the trip if conditions are deemed unsafe

👨‍👩‍👧 Children Policy

  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
  • Safety regulations apply equally to all passengers regardless of age.

📸 Media & Photography

  • Photos and videos may be taken during your trip for promotional purposes.
  • If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.

⚖️ Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical issues
  • Unexpected maritime conditions

📜 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
